Edmodo is a free social media resource designed for educators, students and their parents. Most of our teachers make use of Edmodo to stay in contact with their classes throughout the week, to post assignments, quizzes, and grades, and for lots of creative stuff.
All CHA families should get familiar with Edmodo so that you can take advantage of what we offer. Parents can login and get updates on their student's progress.
Moore Expressions

Cherrie Moore, a longtime member of Redeemer Church, has owned and operated Moore Expressions for many years. Unlike any other bookstore in the area, Moore Expressions is specifically designed to serve the homeschool community. Please take advantage of this amazing resource whenever possible.
You will find that Cherrie and the folks she employs are helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about homeschooling and homeschool curricula.
Redeemer Church

At Redeemer Church we believe biblical church life is characterized by a commitment to hearing and obeying God's Word, powerful worship, genuine relationships and a passion to influence the world with the good news of Jesus Christ. Redeemer Church began in 1987, when several families and individuals relocated to Hampton Roads, Virginia with a vision to build a local church.
Our lives have been changed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Each Sunday morning, we gather together to express our heartfelt gratitude and love for our Savior in a service of celebration. Our Sunday service provides the context where we treasure Christ together through worship, the preaching of the word of God, the ministry of the Holy Spirit and fellowship with one another.
